1. Skip the "Search Keyword" to search only using your last name. Enter your last name in the "Last Name" field and click search. This will enable faster more accurate results.

2. If there are multiple results, there should be enough information shown in order to chose your membership profile. Please note, some information has been hidden for privacy reasons.

3. Please write down your username and use it with the default password listed on the previous page.

4. If you cannot locate your profile information, you may try entering any part of your membership information into the Keyword box to search by Keyword (remember to clear the Last Name field). The key word search may include, School, any part of your Address, etc..

5. If you cannot locate your profile information at all, please accept our apology and go through the steps to register again.

6. If you find you log into a profile that is not yours, please sign out and continue searching or accept our apology and go through the steps to register again.

7. Remember, after successful login, please update your information including a valid email address. Also, please remember to change your password.

8. Each profile will be presented with a "View Details" link. However, details are restricted for privacy. Please note, the user name you're searching for is presented above the "View Details" link. Therefore, there is no need to click for further details.
